CONDITIONS

Daily prices per person are valid only for minimum 3 nights. It is possible to stay less than 3 day's depending on availability; with a surplus cost of 10%

Arrivals : We accept room entrance at 12:00 AM Departures : Rooms must be left free before 10:00 AM

We remember that the reservations with arrival and departure of saturday and/or Sunday will be privileged.

For the single bedrooms a daily supplement will be applied of 6,00 Euro and, in July and August precedence will be given to reservations of at least four week vacations.

Daily supplement 40% for double bedroom used as single.

Children in room with the parents : under 2 years of age do not pay. Reduction in price of 50% from 2 to 12 years.

Supplement parking in covered garage 5,00 € daily.

Confirmed reservation is obligatory for both the two parts and however after sending a deposit of € 100,00 for double bedroom for reserved week and € 150,00 for single or triple bedroom for reserved week.

In case the customer, for whichever reason, delays the arrival or anticipate's the departure, he will have to correspond the price of the room for all the period specified in the reservation and, in case of lacked arrival, the deposit will not for no reason to be given back.
